MISSION STATEMENT

Our goal is to assist moderate to high net worth individuals and business owners to implement their estate planning and asset protection goals in a viable cost-effective manner using, where applicable, a co-counsel approach on both a domestic and/or an international (offshore) basis.  95% of the over 1000 estate plans we have reviewed were inadequate and failed  to provide the maximum protection under current law.  For over 36 years our goal has been to consistently provide the very best and most comprehensive estate preservation/asset protection services to our clients.  Through this approach we have been able to protect and preserve over $5 billion in wealth for our nationwide clientele.
