In achieving the goals of our clients, the attorney-client privilege is an essential element in maximizing one's privacy and protection, and it is a legal concept that protects communications between a client and his attorney and keeps those communications confidential.  It is a privilege which cannot be achieved through the use of non-attorneys or do-it-yourself programs.  The attorney-client privilege promotes full communication between an attorney and his client and, as such, the client need not fear that these communications will be disclosed to others.  The privilege belongs to the client, and the attorney as well as his employees and his associates must hold all client commuications in the strictest confidence.
