Q. #21. After I establish my estate plan, if I have any questions do you charge me for phone calls to obtain answers to these questions?

A. Normally we do not charge for providing answers to structure and operational questions. With each structure we provide to a client, we also provide a summarical explanation of the meaning of various provisions of the vehicle's (e.g., living trust, limited liability company, etc.) written agreement, and on how the vehicle or structure should be operated. If at some point in time due to changed circumstances (e.g., unexpected death or incapacitation of an heir, changed financial circumstances, etc.) you desire to make some changes, then we would charge for the time involved in making such changes.
