Q. #22. How do you deal with clients who are out-of-state?

A. We have clients in nearly all of the states, many of whom we have never met. With the advent of e-mail, fax machines, UPS, FedX, and overnight mail, we can deal with clients who are out-of-state as easily as if they were only a few miles away. We have access to all of the state statutes and while there are some variations in state laws, the primary variations involve real estate transfers and related filings, and community property issues.
