A.  How to pass the business on is not that complicated. However, what you must first determine is which children will or will not be involved in the business. You must then determine which of the involved children will be the one who is most capable of continuing the business as a viable and profitable operation. Rivalry between children can be a very destructive problem and must be addressed at the very beginning. For those children who will not be involved in the business, then other means must be undertaken to insure that all children are treated relatively fairly.
